What I Refuse To Do as a Vancouver Realtor
I have a very comprehensive marketing plan for my Vancouver real estate listings. I pride myself on offering more than the average Realtor at a competitive cost. There is one thing I absolutely refuse to do...advertise listings in print in newspapers, the Real Estate Weekly, etc. 'But hang on Kye, I read those all the time', I am not doubting how often these advertising mediums are read. What I do know though is they are the least likely means to bring a buyer for your home for sale. In fact recent data shows that 3% of buyers found the home for sale that they purchased via newspaper ads. The second lowest category. 80% of home buyers arrive from other Realtors, the internet or the yard sign. The other Realtor likely found the majority of the properties they showed their client on the internet. I focus my property marketing time, money and energy online. This ensures my listings are the most prominent is the arena where the most home buyer's are.
